We all want to live a healthy, long, and vibrant life. Unfortunately, for many
countries around the world, life spans are decreasing rather than increasing. The experts agree that the
changes to the traditional western diet are largely to blame. The negative effects of high fructose corn
syrup, sugar, salt, fast food, saturated fats and lack of exercise have brought society to its knees.
More drugs will not cure this decline. We need to provide the body with the nutrition and
strength that it has lost. We need to take a bold step forward in helping the body to heal itself by providing the
necessary actions that it needs to be healthy.
I'll bet you know more than a couple of people who have spent a fortune on the newest, most
wondrous diet plan and told anyone who would listen that they were going to 'get healthier.'
Or maybe a couple of your friends have made New Year's resolutions to be fitter and healthier
(and these people generally lapse back into their bad old ways within weeks, or sometimes even days)?
Why do these folks invariably fail to become healthier?
You know that they want to live a healthier life, so why don't they succeed?
Why do people spend so much money on getting themselves healthier? Don't they realize that
one of the best things about living a healthier life, and adopting a more healthy lifestyle at the same time, is
that it is actually far cheaper to do so?
Shall I tell you why I believe that folks spend so much money on diet plans, exercise
equipment, fancy new 'wonder' food stuffs, and so on?
It's because they believe that money compensates for effort and that the more money they
spend, the less work they will have to do to be healthy.
No machine, diet or food stuff can make you any healthier if you are not willing to do
whatever it takes to make yourself healthier!
These are the facts.
Without an effort from you, you will never get any healthier. Conversely, if you don't want
to make any effort, then you may be spending the rest of your life out of shape and unhealthy.
All you need to do to start becoming healthier right this minute is to start approaching your
life in the correct manner.
